The personal data obtained is entered and stored within the authorized information and communications system of the RJ Ilocandia Technical and Vocational School Inc. and will only be accessed by authorized personnel of the organization. The RJ Ilocandia Technical and Vocational School Inc. is using appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to make sure that the personal data of the registered driving students are protected.
These are the terms (the “Agreement”) governing a registrant who is under the legal age and would like to inquire into the RJ Ilocandia Technical and Vocational School Inc. Website. By submitting the filled-up form to RJ Ilocandia Technical and Vocational School Inc. Website, you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal contract between RJ Ilocandia Technical and Vocational School Inc. Website and the inquiring student. If you are inquiring on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
The information collected and stored shall only be used for the following purposes:
• Processing and reporting of documents related to the inquiry for RJ Ilocandia Technical and Vocational School Inc. courses
• Activities to establish relations with inquirer.
The RJ Ilocandia Technical and Vocational School Inc. shall not disclose the personal information of the members and/or visitors without their consent and shall keep this information for the effective implementation and management of relational campaigns.
